I’m so glad you’re here. I created The Wellbeing Path as a space for you to pause, exhale, and come back to yourself because I believe that real healing and transformation begin when we slow down, listen within, and reconnect with what truly matters.
My journey through motherhood, growing two businesses, chronic stress, health challenges, and navigating trauma has been a deep practice in self-awareness, self-compassion, and learning how to truly support myself from within. I’ve come to understand that resilience and strength aren’t about pushing through — they’re about learning to listen, to soften, and to create space for real healing and meaningful change.

With a background in Holistic Counselling, Mindset, Health and Wellness Coaching, Breathwork, Neuroscience, Yoga and Meditation, I integrate mind-body practices to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and personal growth, honouring the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and physical wellbeing.
Whether through in person or online 1:1 sessions, workshops or retreats, my approach is about creating a safe and supportive space for healing, clarity, and reconnection.
I understand what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, care for others, and push through exhaustion while longing for something deeper. I also know the toll that unresolved stress, past experiences, and emotional patterns can take on both the mind and body.
Healing isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about creating space to unwind what no longer serves you, release stored stress, and move through life with more ease, confidence, and vitality. As you let go of what has been holding you back, you open the door to new possibilities, deeper clarity, and a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic.
Making space for the new also supports your overall health and wellbeing, creating lasting change from the inside out.

I believe self-compassion is the foundation of a fulfilling life. Too often, we speak to ourselves with criticism instead of kindness, making it even harder to move forward.
By embracing self-compassion, we create space for growth, inner peace, and a deeper connection with ourselves. Letting go of perfectionism and self-judgment allows us to trust our intuition and feel more at ease in who we are.
