6 week Holistic Counselling & Clarity Breathwork Immersion

What to expect:

Each week, you’ll receive a 2-hour 1:1 session, either online via Zoom or in-person at my studio in Clothiers Creek, Northern Rivers, NSW.

These sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are and support healing and growth at your own pace. As the weeks unfold, each session gently builds upon the last, creating a deepening process of trust, self-discovery, and lasting positive change.

To support integration between sessions, I also offer optional accountability check-ins. These can be helpful if you’re working on new habits, behaviours, or life shifts and would like gentle guidance to help anchor these changes.

Counselling and Self-Inquiry
We begin each session with a grounded, supportive conversation to explore what’s present for you — emotionally, physically, and energetically. This may include navigating emotions, patterns, challenges, or clarifying your intentions. This part of the session creates space for clarity, emotional regulation, and insight to emerge in a safe and nurturing way.

Clarity Breathwork
You’ll be guided through a 60-minute breathwork session using conscious connected breathing. This allows you to move beyond the analytical mind and access deeper awareness. The breath supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with your intuition. It brings unconscious patterns to light, helping you process unresolved experiences and reconnect with the clarity, peace, and inner wisdom already within you.

Integration and Reflection
We close each session with time to reflect, ground, and integrate what’s arisen. You’ll receive personalised insights, tools, and simple practices to support the shifts you’ve made so that what you experience in session can ripple gently into everyday life.

  • Clarity Breathwork is a gentle yet deeply transformative practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to support emotional wellbeing, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner self.

    It offers a safe and supported way to explore what may be held in the body, such as stress, tension, emotional patterns, or past experiences, and begin to process them with greater awareness and compassion.

    Unlike forceful or intense breathwork styles, Clarity Breathwork invites softness. The continuous, flowing rhythm of the breath helps quiet the thinking mind and brings you into a more intuitive, embodied state.

    While it can support emotional release, it is not always about letting go. Often, it is about meeting what is there and allowing it to gently shift, integrate, or transform. This creates space for greater clarity, embodiment, and emotional freedom.

    Many people find it deeply calming. Sessions often leave you feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and at ease in both body and mind.

  • You don’t need to come with a clear intention or know exactly what you're working on as some of the most powerful shifts happen when you simply allow the breath to lead the way.

    Clients often describe:

    • A deep sense of calm, emotional release, or relief
    • Reconnection with their body and inner knowing
    • Insight into thought patterns or long-held beliefs
    • Healing of grief or emotional pain stored in the body
    • Greater clarity and a renewed sense of direction
    • A shift in how they relate to themselves, others, and life

    You may also feel physical sensations as energy begins to move such as tingling, temperature changes, lightness, tightness, or waves of sensation. This is all part of the body’s natural connection and release process.

    This experience can be especially supportive if you're navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, or a sense of disconnection or simply seeking more presence, self-trust, clarity and inner peace.
